Cindy began practicing yoga in high school. After graduating she moved to Toronto to attend the University of Toronto and study world religions. she continued to practice yoga during this time, and on her own after relocating to Massey and starting a family. After completing a Radiant Child Yoga workshop Cindy decided to leave her job as a data analyst and share yoga full time.
