"Kundalini Yoga for Healthy Adrenals"
Classes will take place in Country Setting: 131 LaCloche Lake Rd
In this 6-week yoga session we will investigate the nature of chronic stress, adrenal fatigue and society's growing pattern of encouraging us to operate in a "fight of flight" state of being for growing lengths of time.
Kundalini Yoga has the tools we need to reset our nervous system and strengthen our bodies, immune system and mind so that we can meet the challenge of the Aquarian Age we are now living in.
The practice is appropriate for all ages and levels of physical ability. We will work together so each student has a successful and rewarding yoga experience.
This class is a traditional Kundalini Yoga practice as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It incorporates all branches of yoga. We will use mantra (sound vibration), asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation exercises for a whole body workout. The focus of Kundalini yoga is on to bring balance to the body, mind and soul and elevate one’s consciousness.
